Systems Engineer II - FAS/PAVA/BMS

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Specification compliance and scope responsibilities.
• Budget analysis.
• Engineering Performance and progress reporting.
• Lead the identification, development, deployment of commissioning engineering processes, procedures, and tools to drive commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Work with SME teams to deliver the most suitable solutions
• Proactively work with Risk assessment and Mitigation plan
• System design and Engineering.
• Value engineering and Material/ Cost savings. VO estimation and cost analysis.
• Coordination with Remote engineering team.
• Deliver the project within the project schedule with Positive deviation Job assignment and teamwork.
• Schedule and Milestone development. Understand technology.
• Junior / CX Engineer team management.
• Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations.

Customer Satisfaction

• Provide supervision for Honeywell systems to customers at site
• Participate in technical discussion/site coordination meetings
• Training of customer technical operation staff at site
• System handover and customer acceptance works at site

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Electrical Engineer/ Mechatronics Engineer)
• Min 5+ years of experience in the field
• Knowledge in Review the shop drawings
• Experience with BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems.
• Experience in understanding of specs compliance.
• Experience in configuring the Servers and front-end software and commissioning
• Experience in BMS system design development
• Experience in third party protocols.
• Experience in all HVAC system and Valve selections.
• Experience with Fire Alarm System Panels, Controllers & Field Control Systems.
• Experience in Fire Alarm system design development
• Certified from any brand as Fire Alarm Engineer – Optional
• NFPA Certified - Optional
• Experience in develop the cause-and-Effect Matrix
• Experience and develop the Zoning and Smoke management system.
• Experience in calculations such as Battery and Voltage Drop calculation
• Experience and develop in Voice Evacuation system zoning and calculation
• Experience in Integration with PAVA, BMS and ACS system and other systems.
• Knowledge in develop and Review the shop drawings
• Experience in Third party integrations
