Ensure all desktop systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities including issue resolution and system changes.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of desktop systems.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Support remote work initiatives by providing technical assistance and ensuring remote systems are secure and functional.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services by providing feedback and suggestions based on user experiences.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Desktop Support with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
