Position: Superintendent – Civil/Structural Works

Project Scope: Fiber Pipeline Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for Civil/Structural Works to oversee the construction activities of our fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising large multi-discipline construction projects, including a variety of civil and structural tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the construction activities related to civil and structural works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule multiple construction activities, including building works, roadwork, excavations, pipeline laying and installation, and concrete work.
• Supervise and manage field personnel and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with project managers and other superintendents to ensure alignment of project objectives and activities.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues on site promptly, and adjust schedules or plans as needed.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years as a superintendent on large multi-discipline projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating and scheduling diverse construction activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
