Position: Field Engineer – Civil/Structural Works
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Project Scope: Fiber Pipeline Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer for Civil/Structural Works to support our construction operations for a fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The Field Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and executing civil and infrastructure work activities, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support for civil and structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Assist in the coordination and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of project tasks.
Monitor the quality of construction work, identifying issues and recommending solutions to ensure project integrity.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of construction progress and compliance with engineering standards.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
Conduct inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.

Requirements:

Minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years specifically in civil and infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and construction methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges.
Effective communication skills, capable of coordinating with teams and reporting to management.
Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools relevant to civil construction.
