Site Engineer
Ironwoodlux is seeking to hire a site engineer specializing in finishes in Riyadh. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations at our sites and ensure that the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Previous experience in interior design companies
Has experience in Saudi Arabia
Interior fit out
Supervise the day-to-day operations at the processing site.
Ensure quality control and control of the implementation of work in accordance with the required standards.
Inventory management and organization of materials and equipment.
Effective coordination with the team, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tile setters and gypsum installers, to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
Provide regular reports on work progress and challenges.
Qualifications
Proven experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking.
Strong leadership skills and effective communication with the team.
Comprehensive knowledge of quality control processes.
Ability to manage inventory and production schedules.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Physical ability to work on-site and oversee operations.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
