Unikomm is looking for a highly skilled Service Now Senior Consultant to join our Team!

Role Description: As a Senior Consultant, you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing Service Now ITSM solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives, gathering requirements, and tailoring Service Now solutions to their needs. You will provide training and support to end-users, resolve issues, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the Service Now platform.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a Service Now ITSM Developer with over 5 years of experience in Service Now development.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Service Now Developer, specializing in ITSM and ITOM and Service Portal.
A thorough understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Service Now ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM solutions.
Proficiency in the Service Now platform, including CMDB, Service Catalog, and ITSM modules.
Ability to lead workshops, deliver user training, and provide end-user support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
Service Now certifications: CSA and CIS-ITSM are required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
