•Must have good level of English language, Speaking and Reading. •Maintain attendance monthly training program to ensure no drop-in standards is tolerated. •Keep all required notes as per policy and procedures guided by the Reception Manager on Guests visiting the Restaurant. •Ability to review and suggest seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service. •Attend daily briefings and in the Reception Manager absence be able to deliver the Reception briefing of all guests attending the restaurant each service. •Strong understanding of reservation system and its uses to maximise investment return. •Maintain Restaurant monthly training program to ensure no drop-in standards is tolerated. •Manage “Aces in Places” skill set with scheduling department team which includes Housekeeping and Reception and Events. •Keep to date with regular guests and requests without prompting •Full control over seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service •Keep up to date with fashion trends, brands, celebrities and other relevant social market trends •Accountable for the upkeep of the house keeping team to ensure restaurant is impeccable every day and throughout service. •Partake in weekly management meetings with weekly reviews on guests and occupancy and calendar holidays. •Complies with all HACCP and H&S regulations and policies •Aware of cultural sensitivities •KPI deliverable of monthly training sessions for Reception team to ensure food and beverage and service knowledge is kept consistent.
•Daily brief on all guests and VIP’s during team briefs, help to make them productive and include once per week “Best Practice” action points.
•Strong understanding of reservation system and its uses to maximise investment return.
