Seeking a Reservation Manager for a Thriving Al Ula Tour Company
Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable journeys in one of the world's most ancient and captivating destinations? We're seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Manager to join our team in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.
Our company specializes in creating extraordinary tours through the heart of Al Ula, showcasing the region's rich history, stunning natural landscapes, and luxurious experiences. We partner with RCU, local guides and service providers to deliver exceptional journeys for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage incoming reservations and inquiries.
o Create customized tour packages tailored to guest preferences.
o Secure bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
o Maintain accurate customer records and reservation details.
o Process payments and ensure timely invoicing.
o Address customer questions and concerns promptly.
o Collaborate with the team to guarantee seamless trip execution.
o Stay updated on Al Ula's tourism offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in tour and travel reservations or a related field.
o Strong understanding of the travel industry and reservation systems.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy and organization.
o Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
o Fluency in English; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
o Experience in creating customized itineraries for diverse clientele.
o A deep understanding of Al Ula's cultural heritage, historical sites, and adventure tourism offerings.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and suppliers.
