Quality Control Supervisor (Plastic Industries , SPC, GMP , HACCP)
We are hiring a Quality Control (QC) Supervisor for our client’s manufacturing operations in the Plastic Industries with Technical Knowledge on different flexible and shrinkable packaging materials and Laboratory Analysis, SPC, GMP, Risk Assessment and HACCP.
The QC Supervisor will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, ensuring the production process meets the necessary specifications and regulatory requirements.
This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to manage quality assurance across production lines.

The QC Supervisor will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, ensuring the production process meets the necessary specifications and regulatory requirements.
This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to manage quality assurance across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor quality inspection plans, covering incoming materials, production processes, and final products.
- Supervise QC inspectors and lab technicians, ensuring compliance with set standards and specifications.
- Conduct audits, provide technical support to production teams, and collaborate with customers to meet quality expectations.
- Analyze non-conforming products and propose preventive actions to ensure product quality.
- Provide training to QC staff and production teams on quality standards, developments, and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in quality control, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge in ASTM , ISO 9001:2000 & 22000 (FSMS) with Laboratory Analysis, SPC, GMP, Risk Assessment and HACCP
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
Experience:
- QC in food safety: 5 years (Preferred)
