QC Inspector (Plastic industries, SPC, GMP, HACCP)
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector with expertise in Plastic industries & packaging solutions (PVC packages/ PETG Shrink films, BOPP labels and rotogravure printing...)
the QC Inspector main role is ensuring that production processes meet strict food safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, managing non-conforming products, and providing technical guidance on production issues.

the QC Inspector main role is ensuring that production processes meet strict food safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, managing non-conforming products, and providing technical guidance on production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Perform technical analysis on product samples based on Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) standards and retain samples for quality reference.
- Identify and report non-conforming products, advising production operators on corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Inspect incoming raw materials before production use, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Provide technical support to production teams and assist in process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Control or Assurance, preferably in Plastic Industries (PVC shrink films and flexible packaging).
- Strong knowledge of ASTM, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Plastic Testing Methods.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
Experience:
- Quality Control: 3 years (Preferred)
