Public Attendant

Follow and carry out workflow program (Cleaning Manual) of the area in the assigned Zone.
Observe & maintain general personnel and industrial safety practices within the assigned zone / area by utilization of standard working signs (i.e. Sorry for Inconvenience /Cleaning in Progress / Under Improvement / Wet floor etc) and barriers.
Maintain proper usage of chemicals, disposable materials and cleaning equipment.
Carry out Work Order related task with effectiveness and in accordance with the quality standard.
Report to the Assistant Team leader any incident that has occurred or taking place in the assigned working area.
Refer or report to Assistant Team leader an additional task, other than the scope of the Cleaning Manual that customer requires to be carried out during his normal working hours.
Organize and keep the Housekeeping trolley tidy at the end of duty for the next user.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ensure proper utilization of housekeeping tools and equipment while working in the designated areas and other working areas.
Observe and maintain housekeeping standards in all areas and worksites by organizing tools and proper disposal of scrapped materials.
Develop skills and be more familiar with the different system and procedure in housekeeping maintenance.
Make proposals / suggestions to improve existing procedures and work control in the workshop.
Use of special tool and equipment in the performance of duties.
Access to Technical Library files for referencing purposes.
Use or operate section's designated vehicles in the performance of duties.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
