Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, organize, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Liaise closely with the design/engineering team and ensure the final design is timely developed and client approval is secured.
- Prepare technical data sheets, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, requests for proposals and other construction-related correspondences and reports.
- Develop detailed project plans and regularly monitor actual progress against established schedules and budgets.
- Ensure that all the Company policies and procedures for ISO and OHSAS are strictly followed and maintained.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs and ensure variation orders are communicated timely to the clients.
- Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle, analyze and ensure an effective response plan is implemented.
- Perform project closeout walk-throughs with the client and verify that all project closeout documents and punch list items are completed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- University Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in Project Management pertaining to water, wastewater and industrial effluent, with at least four of which as Project Manager. PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with a manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable.
- In-depth Technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment process and its equipment - Mandatory.
- Working Knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Pro at Cost & Risk Analysis, AUTO CAD, ISO Knowledge & PM Software.
- UAE Driving License is required.
Language Skills:
- English - fluent is a must.
- Arabic - preferable.
- German - would be an additional.
