- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Oversee the inspection and evaluation of materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with 5 years in procurement.
- Strong technical and managerial skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work in Jizan region.
