Operator, Cut & Bend
Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
- Comply work instructions given by Foreman.
- Work closely correct as per given Customer Instructions & Requirements.
- Check the wire coating properly.
- Abide the company rules and regulations.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to his jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good and workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for him.
- Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
Other Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with instructions given by the Foreman.
- Operator maintain quality during production.
- Always contact with quality inspector & accept his instructions.
- Coordinate with the helper & crane operator.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the area.
- Strictly follow company Rules and Regulations.
