About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Front Office Manager :
We currently have an opportunity for a Night Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to the Assi sta nt Director of Rooms you will be res ponsible for supervising all hotel personnel during the night operation.
Res ponsibilities will include working closely with the teams from all departments to ensure that Four Seasons sta ndards are met consistently, assuring the safety, security and wellbeing of our guests and employees, running daily and night audit reports, directly supervising the Front Desk during the night operation and assisting guests with check-in and check-out, reviewing arrivals and departu res to plan accordingly, assuring all financial and cre dit procedu res are followed, and res ponding to a wide variety of guest requests and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.
Our Ideal Night Auditor candidate will have:
Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office focusing on service quality . You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a pas sion for service and an exceptional eye for detail.
Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals who have a pas sion for service and providing a memorable guest experience .
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
