NDT Inspector
Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
- Performing NDT activities such as LP, MPI & UT.
- Performing Hardness testing.
- Performing PMI
- To Support in Audit such as ISO, API or Customers Audit. Able to learn in QC work like Visual inspection and Dimensional test.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
- Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern.
- An NDT Level II individual shall be qualified to set up and calibrate equipment for task at hand.
- Performs NDT inspections for which certified.
- Interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, specifications, procedures and customer’s specific requests.
- Perform specific calibrations, specific NDE, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and to record accurate results.
- Engineering drawing and specification interpretation and the ability to apply these standards in the process of inspection.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Maintains NDT certification.
- Performs all duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience as an NDT certified technician.
- Diploma NDT

Must be qualified to perform below tasks:
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI)
- Liquid Penetrant testing / Dye Penetrant testing (DP)
- Visual Testing
- Ultrasonic testing
- Hardness testing (Rockwell & Brinell)
- Ability to work with computers / computerized equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Min ASNT Level II Certification in UT, MT, and PT.
- Ability to organize and report test results and send information to the office for data processing.
- Ability to solve technical issues in the field.
- English must / Arabic is an advantage
- ASNT TC-1-A and ANSI ASNT CP-189
- API 6A, ASME
- Microsoft office
- Aware of ISO / API
