The Role
Job Description - Assess current processes and recommend solutions to improve the speed, reliability, and quality of software deployments. - Provide expertise in Microsoft products, particularly in managing and optimizing Exchange Server and Office 365 solutions. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies by managing email archiving solutions such as Barracuda and Mimecast. - Oversee and manage email migrations, ensuring smooth transitions between systems.
Requirements
Personal Skills - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent analytical thinking to assess and recommend improvements. - Ability to manage and work under high-pressure situations. Technical Skills - Expertise in Exchange Server and Office 365. - Experience with Email Archiving Solutions (Barracuda, Mimecast). - Knowledge of Compliance Policies. - Proficiency in Power Shell scripting for automation and management. - Familiarity with Migration Tools for system transitions.
