Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Administration: Work as part of the administration team at the customer site STS has contracted with Perform daily, weekly and monthly operations to keep all site systems up and running Make sure of system availability, performance, and security according to best practices
2. Technical Assistance and Support Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support. Follow-up on major accounts in terms of technical support and proactive support service. Maintained applications, and operating systems and performed various preventative maintenance tasks for clients. Provide hands-on training to the customer “Knowledge Transfer”
3. Implementation Install new products and apply performance and security procedures. Supervise the migration of existing solutions and apply needed updates. Complete configuration and upgrading based on the design and specifications of client proposals. Supervise the administration of systems to ensure the availability of services to authorized users.
4. Testing, Documentation, and Reporting Complete integration and test the applications and systems. Prepare full documentation of the implemented products and software. Provide timely status reports to supervisors and project managers. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related IT field.
3- 10 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure-related fields.
Knowledge of active directory domain services
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server.
Knowledge of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, One Drive, Yammer, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, EOP).
Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V service.
Knowledge of Microsoft ADFS.
Knowledge of SQL infrastructure setup.
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center products.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure:
Azure Iaa S (virtual machines, networks, storage accounts … etc.).
Azure Identity and Access Management (Azure Active Directory, PIM).
Azure AD Connect.
Azure Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune, Azure Rights Management, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics).
Azure Operations Management Suite (OMS) (Log Analytics).
Azure Site Recovery (Azure DR Sites, Backup).
Good command of both English & Arabic languages (writing, reading & conversation).
Ability to learn technologies.
Ability to communicate and report incidents and issues to upper management.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
