Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s bottled water products across various channels.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer awareness in the local market.
- Content Creation: Create marketing content in Arabic and English, including social media posts, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, monitor online presence, and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand exposure.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including preparing sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, food and beverage, or water industry.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Creativity: Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and materials that engage the target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance data to make informed decisions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the water bottling or FMCG industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
