Important responsibilities in this role will include:

Digital Platform Management: Design and maintain investor portals and platforms that are user friendly and efficient. Ensure seamless integration of various digital tools and systems within the platform ecosystem.
Automation: Implement automation tools to streamline processes such as investor onboarding, document management, and communication workflows.
Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data from CRM systems, financial tools, and customer feedback platforms.
Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to analyse investor behaviour, preferences, and pain points. Generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve investor experiences.
Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investor interactions, helping to identify areas for improvement.
Workflow Digitization: Analyse current investor interaction workflows and identify opportunities for digitization and process improvement. Design and implement digital workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual processes.
Personalization: Leverage digital tools to create personalized experiences for investors, such as customized investment summaries, tailored communication, and personalized dashboards.

Skills we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree is required.
The candidate should have 7 - 10 years’ experience with deep understanding of
automation tools and technologies
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks as needs evolve and effectively manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office suite such as Outlook, Power Point, Excel
Mining Industry background is preferred.
