We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager, who is going to be responsible for all new client discussions and proposal development beyond our current client list. The role reports to Managing Partner.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
Define strategic goals, liaise with business partners and stakeholders, identify new business opportunities
Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and oversee growth projects
Coordinate department’s research on market insights, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, new technologies and more
Generate sales projections and forecast revenue, in line with projected income
Create financial models, generate pitch decks, prepare fully-fledged proposals for higher-level staff to review
Set KPIs for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals
Report and propose interventions to leadership regarding business development and its way forward
Attend professional conferences and industry events for the purpose of lead generation
Manage full-cycle sales process and lead client negotiations
Requirements
5+ years of proven track records in similar position in management consultancy (or professional services) with exposure to business development and sales
Extensive experience in sales development and client negotiations within a large, global organization
Bachelor's degree in a field such as economics, business management, information technology or a related discipline
Full professional command in English and Arabic
Ability to work in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
