Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in KSA. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in standardizing maintenance processes, minimizing downtime, and improving yields through proactive and reactive maintenance strategies. This role is essential in ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a culture of preventative maintenance within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow the direction of the KSA Maintenance Manager to implement standardized maintenance processes that reduce downtime and negative impacts on yields.
Manage team resources to ensure continuous adherence to SLAs, providing top-tier support to the facility while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Oversee team scheduling to manage sickness, absences, and holidays, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and availability of labor for both preventative and reactive maintenance.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to internal quality standards, with accountability for the quality and satisfaction of completed work.
Use the maintenance management system (Manager Plus) to track work orders, staff efficiency, and resource allocation.
Support accurate data collection and analysis to drive improvements in data acquisition processes.
Assist in adhering to site-level budgets, supporting cost reduction initiatives, and aiding in the installation of capital expenditure projects.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary within the department.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or food production environments.
Expertise in Total Preventative Maintenance and EFMEA.
Basic proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Strong electrical and control system knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot power and control panels.
Hands-on experience with HDPE pipe welding, basic metal fabrication (welding, grinding), and electrical troubleshooting.
Fluency in Arabic (both written and oral) with competent English communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement knowledge.
Valid KSA driving license.

Desirable Skills:

Basic understanding of hydroponic growing systems in modern greenhouses.
Certification in IOSH (or similar) for Working Safely, and knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience with Priva or similar growth management computer systems and hardware.
Proven experience in team management and best practices.
