About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a reliable and dedicated Local Administrator to join our team. This role consists of performing specifically assigned administrative tasks within our local legal entity. These tasks are aimed at providing services to other functional area owners who may not have sufficient local representation. The right candidate will ensure optimal cross functional efficiency and adhere to the speak-up principles defined in our Code of Business Ethics (Co BE).

What you will do:

Admin Support with emails and communication with customers.
Admin support with arranging KAM / Department meetings and support with preparation of all necessary documentation, implementation of follow-up action
Support to logistical services.
Support to assets management.
Support to travel management.
Support with claim and reimbursement processes.
Perform records retention activities.
Perform approved local administrative activities.
Follow up with other stakeholders such as People Function, IT, Sourcing, REFM, Accounting.
Drive and improve operational perfection

The skills you bring:

Education: Graduate degree in Business administration or equivalent qualification
3-5 years of administrative experience
Expert in Microsoft Excel.
Writing and reporting
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Planning and organizing
Crafting and innovating
Proven skills in a service-oriented environment
