Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients in the IT services sector.
Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries related to IT solutions, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services and solutions to clients.
Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to clients regularly.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on IT services and solutions.
Strong familiarity with IT industry standards, services, and technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and drive client success.
