- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the IT sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design effective campaigns that enhance sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven working environment.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT sales or technology solutions sales, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in sales management or leadership roles.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in businesses.
