Graphic Designer (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
- Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Assist in developing branding and visual identity for the company and its products.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and infographics that align with project objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously enhance skills and creativity.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including academic projects or internships.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge of animation or video editing tools is a bonus.
