Graphic Designer
Qanawat is seeking for a talented, passionate and creative Video Editor/ Creative /Motion Graphic Designer to edit music and entertainment content for You Tube Channel, Social Media and Video On Demand platforms. This is a key role in the post-production process and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the final product.
You will gather and re-purpose contents then edit and manipulate it for digital publishing and other media platform publication. You will work closely with the Clients and the Creative Team to achieve the desired end result. In some instances, you may be given creative freedom, to design creative concepts as per the company and clients’ brand standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and edit motion graphic videos as needed, including teaser clips, music lyric clips, and promotional clips.
- Compress and upload videos for digital delivery.
- Maintain broadcast quality on all video products.
- Edit content for promo spots, scripted shorts, brand trailers, short-form documentaries, agency reels, and case studies.
- Re-order/tweak the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of videos
- Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements
- Responsible for “online” editing which entails delivering the final product to the required specifications, correcting faulty footage, grading/coloring, sweetening audio and adding special effects to finish the video
- Select/ suggest music to be added to be added to the clips.
- 4-yr degree in Digital Media, Video Production, or similar concentration
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite editing software
- Highly creative and excellent skills in storytelling, narrative, pacing and editing
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience using Adobe CC, Premier, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro – dedicated to making the best product no matter what software you’re using
- The ability to transform creative direction and feedback into well-articulated result
- Experience with 3D tools, such as Cinema 4D is a plus
- Experience motion tracking, rotoscoping and visual effects is preferred
- Knowledge of HD formats and compressions a must
- Understanding of video frame rates, conversions, picture ratio (full-frame vs. anamorphic, etc.) & codecs (with emphasis on which are appropriate for specific Domestic and International clientele).
- An expert eye for the details
- Understanding of audio configurations (multichannel) for file and tape-based assets & Ability to recognize audio abnormalities (e.g. video synch delay, echoing / phasing, delay between multichannel tracks, distortion peaks, artifacts).
- Multi-tasker with proven ability to meet deadlines and remain calm in a fast-paced production environments
- Organized, resourceful, fast, efficient and attentive to detail
- Comfortable taking direction and receiving feedback
