Experience:

2-3 years of experience in governance, compliance, administration, or a related field.

Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Skills:

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent time-management skills.

Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex governance information clearly.

Proficiency in using document management systems and governance tools (e.g., Share Point, Google Workspace, Confluence).
Technical Requirements:

Experience working in a remote role or managing workflows remotely.

Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems and version control processes.

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure handling of sensitive data.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

A professional certification in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CCEP, GRC certification) is a plus.
