The Role
Position Title: General Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 50K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefits Job Location: Al Khobar, KSA About the Client: One of the leading, well-established EPC contracting companies in the Middle East. - Oversee and lead all operational activities of the company in Saudi Arabia - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and achieve operational objectives in alignment with the organization's overall mission and goals - Provide visionary leadership to the Project Division, setting clear goals and strategies for project execution; assist the CEO in establishing country level goals, objectives & targets - Generate business development plan with a vision of continuous increase in business share in the market - Represent the company at business promotion platforms, committee meetings, and at various formal & informal functions

Requirements
Qualifications: - Male, 60 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in operations management, with a track record of success in driving business growth and achieving operational excellence. - Proven experience in managing operations in the Oil & Gas construction, engineering, or related industries, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
