About this opportunity
Front Office Engineer is expected to Design and develop automation solutions for manual processes. Basic Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage. The resource will be part of the Ericsson ADM team to support the customer.

You will bring
Front Office Engineer is expected to Design and develop automation solutions for manual processes. Basic Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage. The resource will be part of the Ericsson ADM team to support the customer.
What you will do
- 24/7 real time monitoring of Core/VAS Network.
- Customer concern of all critical & degraded issues which are impacting network KPI’s based on the issue matrix.
- Follow up on all Critical/Major cases.
- Performing initial checks for the daily customer complaints.
- Responsible for HO reports during specific shifts & upload accordingly
- Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using Micro Strategy.
- Understand technical specifications and develop solutions through computer programming.
- Translate business process diagrams to system requirements for the development of automation solutions.
- Design and develop automation solutions for manual processes.
- Handle data and understand the data architecture.
- Contribute to the database design.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity before sharing and reporting with end users
- Fix queries and formulas in the reports.
- Deliver tasks within scheduled target dates.
You will bring
- Appropriate degree/diploma/BSc in Telecommunications
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Telecom or IT
- Good knowledge in Databases
- Good knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting Skills
- Programming skills (Java/Groovy, PHP, Java Script, Python)
- Hands-on Linux HW & Microstrategy.
- Basic knowledge about Core & VAS network
- Flexible in working different shifts.
- Ready to work during public holidays such as Eid, ND, etc.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication skills.
