At AESG we are looking for a Fire & Life Safety Consultant to join our Fire Engineering team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines based in our Riyadh office.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fire & Life Safety Consultant seeking a leading role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Job Description

At AESG we are looking for a Fire & Life Safety Consultant to join our Fire Engineering team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines based in our Riyadh office.

- Expert understanding of fire engineering principals
- Experience in numerous complex and prestigious projects

- Lead tasks on projects and shall report to seniors and associates
- Successful delivery of projects to a high standard
- Maintain high quality of all deliverables with efficient time delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for efficient project delivery
- FLS Design, Drawing review, inspection and preparation of drawing and reviews for authority submission and approval
- FLS reports writing
- Produce accurate and timely submittals to agreed deadlines
- Prepare and issue final FLS Strategy reports and studies when assigned by seniors and associates
- Lead the continued development of FLS design deliverables
- Act as PM for FLS and multidisciplinary projects as per AESG project management standards
- Meet the timeline set for the generation of all designs, reports and related submission tasks such as client meetings and workshops
- Keep traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittal
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects
- Actively pursue continued professional development through the completion of training modules
- Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs
- Conducting all FLS activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel
- A BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety Engineering / Architecture Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years experience practicing fire protection engineering/consultancy
- NFPA 101 Certification
- CFPS Certification
- Sound technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors
