Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Manager for our fiber pipeline construction project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ES&H Manager will be instrumental in implementing and overseeing safety protocols, ensuring environmental compliance, and promoting a culture of health and safety on the construction site.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Manager for our fiber pipeline construction project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ES&H Manager will be instrumental in implementing and overseeing safety protocols, ensuring environmental compliance, and promoting a culture of health and safety on the construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety, health, and environmental management programs for the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Train and lead construction site personnel in safety practices and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage and document safety incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and the First Party Construction ES&H Department for ongoing compliance and reporting.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction, with at least five (5) years as a safety representative on construction sites within the MENA region.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Holder of a Saudi National driving license.
- Must pass an ES&H Manager competency test with a minimum score of 65%.
- Required to undergo a personal interview with the Construction (ES&H) Department for evaluation and approval before confirmation.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and regulatory bodies.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard safety and environmental practices.
- Ability to train and motivate site personnel in ES&H best practices.
