Electrical BIM Modeler, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating 3D models of electrical systems for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate must possess strong technical skills in BIM software, particularly Auto Desk, and have experience in delivering high-quality BIM models that align with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼1.00 - ﷼999.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3D electrical BIM models using Auto Desk BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of electrical systems within overall project designs.
- Ensure all electrical models meet project specifications, standards, and deadlines.
- Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines, including mechanical, plumbing, and structural models.
- Assist with clash detection and provide solutions to design conflicts.
- Support project teams with technical expertise and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Auto Desk BIM, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design and systems integration.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in large-scale construction projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Proficiency in clash detection and resolution.
Pay: ﷼1.00 - ﷼999.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
