Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audio-Visual (AV) Project Engineer to join our team of AV integration professionals. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the execution of complex AV projects, managing specialized teams including Technicians, Draftsmen, Programmers, and Site Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful project delivery, managing project budgets, and maintaining high standards in safety and quality.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful project delivery, managing project budgets, and maintaining high standards in safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of AV system integration projects.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient project execution, focusing on schedules, budgets, and clear communication.
- Manage project scope changes and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and products, integrating new solutions into projects.
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with clients and suppliers.
- Provide leadership to the integration team, ensuring tasks are executed with precision and respect for timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Monitor project budgets, maintaining project margins while delivering high-quality results.
- Participate in strategic meetings and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Audio Visual Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of AV system integration techniques, including audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Proficiency in AV system software and hardware solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, with the ability to motivate teams and lead by example.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, MS Project).
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Preferred: Candidates already located in Saudi Arabia.
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
