The Early Career Training is a 1 year program and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Job Description
Responsibilities
Supporting Parts Sales Managers in meeting Orders, Sales & CM targets and growing the parts business in the region.
Support the Quote and Order process:
To build accurate, on time, comprehensive and competitive quotations to our customers
Planning proactively quarterly sales convertibility, by securing shipment of available inventory
Understand the risk process and support the team for to ensure adequate risk mitigation for GE proposals in compliance with Policy 5.0.
Validate resultant Customer Purchase Orders for accuracy & obtain amendments in instances where orders do not match GE quotes, and ensure that the Parts fulfillment has a clear visibility to any special requirements, restrictions, Liquidated damages etc.
Support the regional sales forecast while ensure accuracy and maintaining related dashboards
Providing support in analytics (tender data, profitability, market share analysis, etc. on request)
Develops Power Point presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
BS Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering background preferred
Fresh graduates or basic knowledge.
Active listener with good communication skills in English.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive with high level of integrity.
Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
