Experience: 2-5 Years of Experience Functional Description: Perform clerical duties and revolve around managing and distributing information within the office. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying Coordinate with Finance Department to do monthly Invoice Assist colleague on doing monthly invoices to different companies Sending invoices by calling the courier (SMSA) Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Perform data entry and scan documents Assist in resolving any administrative problems Run errands Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos ad emails Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
