Assist the Program Director in strategic planning and execution of major development programs.
Appointed as Operations Director managing support functions alongside the Construction Director.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, coordinating with various stakeholders.
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring adherence to program objectives and client requirements.
Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
Oversea the stakeholder management team and ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies
Oversee sustainability issues and compliance.
Oversee design management and review team.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
Monitor program performance, preparing and presenting regular status reports.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes.
Support business development initiatives and participate in client presentations.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentoring intern team members and encouraging their performance on allocated tasks and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; master's degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex development programs in the Middle East
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market and regulatory environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
Required Skills:
Advanced knowledge of program and project management methodologies
Ability to work well in a team environment ensuring that individuals and groups performance are monitored and supported
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large budgets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in stakeholder management and client relations
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
