Lead and manage the overall sales strategy for the country.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in hardware, building, and construction materials sectors.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and distributors.
Analyse market trends to identify new sales opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
Mentor and develop the sales team to maximise their potential and achieve objectives.
Monitor financial data to make informed decisions on pricing and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA
Proven success in a similar role within the hardware or construction materials industry.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Ability to interpret and utilise financial data for strategic decisions.
Should have a valid KSA Driving License
