- Develop and implement the country-specific business strategyin alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Identifygrowth opportunitiesand drive market expansion initiatives.
- Monitorand analyze market trends,competitor activities,and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee daily operations, includingsales, marketing, finance,and customer service functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, includingclients, partners,and governmentauthorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and industrystandards.
- Bachelor ’ s in Business, Management, or related field
- MBA preferred. 10-15 years ’ experience, with 3-5 years in senior leadership in Oil & Gas/Energy.
- Strongleadership and communication skills. Arabic proficiencyrequired; other languagesa plus. Must be able to travel.
