JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Cost Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cost control procedures and best practices for projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Monitor ongoing project expenses and adjust forecasts as necessary to stay within budget.

Collaborate with project managers to track and report on financial performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
15 years of experience in cost management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budget management principles.
Proficient in cost estimation software and project management tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
