As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts for property transactions and development projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They manage contract disputes and ensure that all terms and conditions are met effectively.

Key Accountabilities
The position involves:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to contracting projects and services.
- Ensuring all contracts comply with legal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with legal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Monitoring contract performance and enforcing compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed records of contract documents and related correspondence.
- Conducting risk assessments and advising on potential contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating contract amendments, renewals, and terminations as needed.
- Providing support and guidance on contract interpretation and execution to project managers and other departments.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.
- Developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management within the contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of contracting laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents and contracts.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle contract disputes effectively.
