Business Development Supervisor
· Manage A-Class/Key Account Customers
· Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers, expediting the resolution of concerns to maximize customer satisfaction.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding credit terms, product specifications, pricing details, and product availability.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and objectives.
· Prepare and submit reports to the area sales supervisor on sales, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
