Business Development Manager - Real Estate
As a Business Development Manager focusing on Real Estate & Hospitality, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in our NEOM & Riyadh Operations. You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to develop strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our company's objectives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our business while capitalizing on emerging trends in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Real Estate and/or Hospitality industry, in KSA market.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Hospitality market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- English fluent is a must
