Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in growing our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and workforce solutions sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure deals with clients and partners.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote Ceeyem Group's services and expand the client base.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the manpower solutions or recruitment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
