India-based Business Development Representative Achieve Set Revenue Growth · Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients looking to expand their operations into the United States. · Take a solution and consultative sell approach to ensure clients' needs are accurately met. · Create and implement a structured quarterly plan to achieve set targets. · Schedule and attend all Discovery and Proposal calls. · Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, asking questions, diagnostic, negotiation, close, handover to account management. · Develop new business relationships and strategic partnerships. · Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales admin is kept current at all times using Connectwise. · Report on sales, activity and performance as required by the team. · Develop, maintain and apply a high-level knowledge of Cosentus Business Services. · Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as Cosentus' policies. · Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings, events and seminars. Provide feedback to the team. Deliver an Outstanding Client Experience · Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring clients needs are met or exceeded. · Proactive and responsive to clients and prospects. If and when needed, loop in the appropriate Account Manager. · Deliver an outstanding sales process and sales support to clients. · Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients. · Transition new clients smoothly and successfully to the Account Manager. Work in Collaboration with the Team, Developing Good Working Relationships · Work closely with international business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas, and helping the team to achieve targets. · Develop strong and effective working relationships with the business development team, client experience team and service teams. · Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team. · Accurate transfer of information from the prospect/client to the client experience team. Technical Skills · MBA · 5+ years’ experience in B2B phone/video/in-person sales environment. · Consistent record of accomplishment in achieving and succeeding sales targets. · Proven ability to target new business opportunities. · A positive and determined approach to research and analyzing new business opportunities.
