Carry out work in the maintenance of the electro-mechanical components of equipment in Food Production and Operation such as Conveyor Belts, Ovens, Dishwashing Machine, Tilting Boiling Pans, and etc…). 2. Closely monitor serviceability of the equipment / system to ensure their smooth 24 hours operations, and report status to Supervisor. 3. Observe & adhere to personal and industrial safety practices in the workshop and working areas by proper utilization of signs (i.e.; Sorry for Inconvenience / Under Repair) and barriers. 4. Respond to high priority job particularly on very critical equipment or system & assist other HF-T sections as and when required. 5. Perform the diagnosing of faults on electrical system, repair / rectify the trouble. 6. Coordinate with Technician A or Supervisor for any action plan to a task requires higher level’s decision. 7. Decide and arrange transport of an equipment into the workshop should major repair is to be carried out, or if movement by technicians while repairing an equipment in Production will hamper or reduce food makers of their productivity. 8. Observe cost consciousness in the workshop and working areas by cross-utilization of still usable parts and materials. 9. Maintain high standard of cleaning and sanitation in the workshops as well as in the working areas by proper disposal of debris and scrapped mechanical or electrical parts. 10.
