Job Title: Arabic Sales Supervisor – Marble & Granite
Location: Ryiadh
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee and support our sales team in the marble and granite industry. The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in managing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring sales targets are met, and assisting in expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the marble and granite industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of stone products, market trends, and customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field would be better
