Change Management Expert - IT Field - Arabic speakers Only
For one of our customers, we are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Expert with a strong background in the IT field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, engaging stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive change management efforts in a complex IT environment. The candidate must be an Arabic speaker and have experience working on client premises in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing Strategies: o Create comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the IT department's goals and objectives. o Design and implement frameworks for technical change management to guide the organization through technological transitions. 2. Engaging Stakeholders: o Facilitate stakeholder engagement through proactive communication, workshops, and training sessions. o Develop a positive mental image for IT management to enhance user adoption and satisfaction. o Conduct regular updates and feedback sessions to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. 3. Managing Resistance: o Identify potential resistance and develop strategies to mitigate it. o Educate employees on the benefits of change and address their concerns through targeted communication plans. o Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input and adjust strategies accordingly. 4. Ensuring Successful Implementation: o Oversee the design and implementation of change scenarios and videos to communicate the vision and process of change. o Develop creative designs and visual materials to support change management initiatives. o Manage the delivery of monthly creative designs and quarterly engaging videos. 5. Deliverables Management: o Ensure the successful delivery of the following key project deliverables: § Models for Technical Change Management § Mental Image for IT Management § Change Awareness Programs § Creative Designs § External Participations § Design and Implementation of Change Scenarios and Videos
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in change management within the IT sector, with a track record of successful project implementations.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
Must be an Arabic speaker.
Experience working on client premises in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with popular change management models such as Kotter’s 8-Step Model or ADKAR Model.
Background in developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and communication plans.
Proven ability to create engaging visual aids and resources to support change initiatives.
