Admin Officer with Accounts experience required FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPANY Ø MUST HAVE VALID IQAMA Ø LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Ø MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-4 YEARS GULF EXPERIENCE Ø MUST BE VERY PROFICIENT IN TALLY Ø MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY - MUST HAVE ADMIN EXPERIENCE, BE ABLE TO ORGANIZE FILES AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES AS FOLLOW: -Communicate with clients -Prepare quotations -Use Zoho CRM for updating client lists -Manage timesheets accurately from remote locations of Saudi -Recording day-to-day transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. -Creating invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation for billing purposes. -Manage petty cash, maintain accurate records, and prepare periodic reconciliations. -Create and process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions and WPS processing. -Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely processing and adherence to credit policies. -Follow up on outstanding payments, communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any issues by calls, mails. Ø SALARY Starts at 3000, full package, but can be increased for qualified candidates. Office is in malaz, so candidate must manage to come to office by themselves Iqama will NOT be provided.
