About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
The Role of the Accounting Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk , your role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth and efficient system for handling purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and cheque requests within the scope of hotel payables. By diligently adhering to Four Seasons policies and procedures, you are responsible for ensuring all vendors are paid promptly and accurately in accordance with agreed terms.
One of the primary objectives of your role is to provide comprehensive support in documenting and processing payments. This involves meticulously organizing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and cheque requests to facilitate timely payments while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. By implementing a robust system for managing these key documents, you play a crucial role in maintaining financial transparency and accountability.
Your commitment to Four Seasons policies ensures that vendors receive their due payment within agreed-upon terms. This not only fosters strong relationships with suppliers but also strengthens the reputation of Four Seasons as a reliable business partner.

Knowledge and Skills

• College education
  
• 2 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
  
• Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as it relates to Accounts Payable
  
• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-Job or through a series of professional certifications.
  
• Ability to operate scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator.
  
• Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.
  
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports
  
• Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations
  
• Plan and monitor duties to ensure effective and efficient use of all available resources in order to make the greatest impact on the Hotel’s/Resort’s objectives
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients
  
• Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
